Availability

We do not guarantee that any specific content will always be accessible through our Services. We reserve the right but are not obligated to remove, modify, edit, or withhold the distribution of any content at our sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice. This may occur for various reasons, including but not limited to legal claims, third-party complaints, or suspected violations of this Agreement.

User Content

This license remains valid for the full duration of copyright, including renewals and extensions, without any obligation to compensate or credit you. If we choose to credit you, we may also use your name and likeness in connection with your content and its promotion.

You waive any right to inspect or approve how your content is used. We may adapt your content to meet technical requirements for distribution across networks, devices, or platforms.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and any consequences of its use by us, other users, or third-party partners. If you lack the rights to share content for such use, you may be liable. We do not guarantee confidentiality for any User Content submitted.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have full authority to grant the rights outlined above and that your content does not infringe on the rights of others—including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights. You also agree not to submit content that is subject to third-party rights unless you have permission or legal entitlement to do so.

Submitting content does not make you an employee, agent, or partner of Mapunseen. You also release Mapunseen, its affiliates, agents, and partners from any claims related to the use of your content, name, or biographical details—including claims of privacy invasion or defamation. This release extends to our successors, licensees, and legal representatives.

While we will make reasonable efforts to preserve your content, we are not responsible for any loss. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your submissions.

Login

To access certain features of the Services, such as posting comments, submitting feedback, or sharing information. You may be required to log in using a third-party account (e.g., Facebook, X Apple, Google). By doing so, you authorise Mapunseen to access select profile information, such as your name and email address, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This data is used solely to enhance your experience and enable functionality within the Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

All ownership, rights, and interests in the Services, including all associated Content, are and will remain the exclusive property of Mapunseen and/or applicable third parties. These Services and their Content are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of India and other jurisdictions. All rights not explicitly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

You may access and use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unless specifically stated otherwise, no rights or licenses are granted to you regarding patents, copyrights, trade secrets, or trademarks related to the Services or Content. Mapunseen strictly prohibits any activity that infringes on intellectual property rights through or in connection with the Services.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use or infringement of the Services or Content, or of any intellectual property rights belonging to Mapunseen, you agree to notify us in writing without delay.

You agree not to, and not to assist or enable others to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any security features or usage rules of the Services or Content.
Copy, reproduce, decrypt, or attempt to access the source code or underlying algorithms of any part of the Services.
Modify, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.
Redistribute, sell, perform, or otherwise exploit the Services or Content for any purpose without prior written consent from Mapunseen, unless such actions are permitted by law or by open-source licensing terms.

You also agree not to use the Content in any way that violates its copyright protections. Any such attempt constitutes a breach of our rights.

Work Identification: A clear description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.

Terms Of Use – Intellectual Property Infringement

We are committed to complying with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its associated rules. Upon receiving a valid claim of intellectual property infringement, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the relevant Content. If we determine in good faith that the Content in question likely violates the intellectual property rights of a third party, we will act accordingly to disable access or remove it from our Services.

Disclaimer – Third Party Links

Our Services may contain links to external websites and mobile applications operated by third parties. These third-party platforms may feature content that some users might find inappropriate or offensive. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes related to the Services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. This includes any legal action you initiate against Mapunseen or its affiliates.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Provisions that are intended to survive termination, including ownership rights, license terms, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect even after your access ends.

Other Important Provisions

Jurisdictional Restrictions: Use of the Services is prohibited in any location where these terms and conditions are not fully enforceable. You must not use the Services in violation of any local, state, or national laws.
